Good info. I'm amazed at the savings some of my friends have been able to accomplish by couponing. One friend recently obtained $195.00 worth of merchandise at Wal-Mart and payed only $15.00. She uses Excel to plan out her shopping trips down to the penney. She's just a beginner but she seems to be off to a good start.

One needs immense patience for this. A very well written piece. :)

A well-written article. Coupon clipping has become the rave in most recent times.

Great article and I agree with Rox B, it takes a lot of patience. Organization is a must, I've only begun to clip coupons and it is quite a job keeping up with the expiration dates and which stores accept or do double coupons, its tough and I admire anyone who can do it. In these hard times if you want to feed your family or save money in general you do what is necessary to cut all cost. Voted up!

What a great article, and a great idea! I'd never heard of this before, not sure it would work in the UK (don't seem to get many coupons here) but great info :D
